You will own critical projects end-to-end across operations, growth, and finance, with real responsibility from day one in a lean, fast-moving environment built for people who want to grow into senior leadership.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner with the CEO to turn ambiguous, high-stakes problems into structured analyses, decisions, and execution plans.\n\nSupport day-to-day operations spanning fulfillment, customer experience, supply chain coordination, and internal workflows.\n\nIdentify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then design and build AI-driven solutions to remove them.\n\nUse AI to scan the market for new products and ingredients, turning signals into a prioritized sourcing pipeline.\n\nBuild automated supplier discovery, qualification, and outreach workflows that operate at scale.\n\nDesign AI-assisted negotiation workflows for pricing, minimum order quantities, and terms from first contact to signature.\n\nSupport growth initiatives across marketing, experimentation, and performance tracking.\n\nDevelop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools grounded in real unit economics.\n\nLeverage AI, automation, and low-code tools to replace manual effort with scalable systems across all functions.\n\nOwn ad-hoc, high-priority projects and move fluidly between strategy and execution as needed.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nDegree from a top-tier university in engineering, science, math, business, or a related field.\n\nHands-on experience building AI-powered systems, automation workflows, or low-code solutions that delivered measurable business outcomes.\n\nProficiency with automation platforms and low-code tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or equivalent API-based solutions.\n\nExperience as a startup operator or in a comparable autonomous, early-stage environment.\n\nStrong analytical ability across operations, growth, and finance, including financial modeling and business intelligence tools.\n\nExperience with operational analysis, process optimization, or supply chain workflows across fulfillment, sourcing, or logistics.\n\nTechnical fluency demonstrated through self-taught coding or equivalent applied technical work.\n\nExperience conducting market research, supplier discovery, or vendor evaluation and negotiation.\n\nHigh agency: you spot problems, take ownership, and execute without waiting for instructions.\n\nBonus: experience in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, or membership models; familiarity with functional nutrition or consumer products; content creation or storytelling skills.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: $120,000 to $140,000 USD annually.
