You will take projects from problem definition through execution, building practical systems that improve how the business operates.\nWhat You'll Do\nTurn ambiguous business problems into structured analysis, decisions, and execution in close partnership with the CEO.\n\nSupport daily work across fulfillment, customer experience, supply chain coordination, and internal workflows.\n\nIdentify operational bottlenecks and build AI-driven solutions to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.\n\nUse AI to research products and ingredients, develop supplier discovery and qualification workflows, and support outreach and negotiation.\n\nContribute to growth initiatives, including marketing experiments and performance tracking.\n\nBuild AI-assisted reporting, analysis, financial models, and dashboards to support decisions grounded in business economics.\n\nOwn urgent cross-functional projects and move between strategy and hands-on execution as needed.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nZero to three years of experience, including work as a startup operator or in another autonomous, fast-changing environment.\n\nAn engineering degree and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nHands-on experience building AI systems or automation workflows with coding, AI tools, automation platforms, or low-code solutions.\n\nAbility to work across operations, strategy, finance, and growth rather than in a single specialist function.\n\nInterest or transferable experience in physical operations, supply chains, sourcing, supplier evaluation, or negotiation.\n\nHigh ownership, sound judgment, strong work ethic, and comfort working across teams in a demanding environment.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary is $120,000 to $140,000 USD annually.
