Sitting at the intersection of AI, data engineering, and full-stack development, this role has a direct impact on the product's core intelligence and scalability.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, build, and deploy AI agents end-to-end across the full stack.\n\nWork with embeddings and fine-tune LLMs for classification and reranking tasks.\n\nOptimize algorithms to improve product search quality and relevance.\n\nApply RLHF and DPO techniques to align LLMs with human feedback.\n\nBuild and maintain data pipelines to process large-scale unstructured data efficiently.\n\nHarden and scale the backend for reliability and performance.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n2+ years of engineering experience, with a strong AI/LLM or backend-oriented focus rather than a primarily frontend profile.\n\nSolid hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, embeddings, and AI-powered applications.\n\nDemonstrated ability to build and scale data and ML pipelines, including large-scale unstructured data.\n\nPractical experience applying RLHF or DPO to align language models with human feedback.\n\nFull-stack development skills using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.\n\nFamiliarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and infrastructure as code (Terraform).\n\nStrong computer science fundamentals.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary: 80,000 to 130,000 EUR per year, depending on experience.\n\nVisa sponsorship: available.\n\nLocation\nOn-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
