You will investigate how AI agents crawl, retrieve, and cite information across the web.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign experiments to understand how AI agents discover and evaluate web content.\n\nBuild and ship production systems that support AI agent discovery and retrieval.\n\nDevelop and debug telemetry and routing pipelines.\n\nUse findings from system behavior to improve how products are surfaced and cited by AI tools.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of individual contributor experience building and shipping production systems.\n\nExperience with Next.js, TypeScript, or Go in production.\n\nBackground at a startup or technology company.\n\nExperience with LLM infrastructure or evaluation, or with edge systems.\n\nHands-on experience building or debugging telemetry and routing pipelines.\n\nCuriosity about how AI systems choose what information to retrieve, cite, and trust.\n\nAuthorization to work in the United States.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary: $100,000 to $150,000, plus equity of 0.10% to 0.30%.
