The systems you build power fund accounting, reporting, reconciliation, and treasury automation, with a deep focus on permissions, auditability, traceability, and observability across both hosted and self-hosted deployments.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and maintain backend infrastructure covering permissions, auditability, traceability, and observability.\n\nOwn deployment architectures for hosted and self-hosted environments using infrastructure-as-code tooling.\n\nImprove system reliability, performance, and security in production environments.\n\nPartner closely with product to ship features while upholding quality standards.\n\nDrive AI-native development practices to enable rapid, high-quality releases.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n1 to 6 years of professional backend development experience.\n\nProduction experience building backend services with TypeScript and NestJS.\n\nProduction experience with PostgreSQL and Prisma.\n\nHands-on experience managing deployments with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.\n\nA track record of improving production reliability, security, performance, observability, or auditability.\n\nPractical experience with AI, ML, LLMs, or building AI-native systems.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: 70,000 to 110,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is available.\nLocation\nOn-site in Berlin, Germany.
