Working with the technical leadership and AI engineering team, you will own foundational systems for persistent state, safe execution, permissions, and recovery across people, agents, and external services.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild backend services and data models to track operational work, ownership, and outcomes over time.\n\nDevelop asynchronous workflows with reliable retries, timeouts, external-event handling, and recovery from interrupted execution.\n\nCreate shared APIs and tool-execution interfaces with authorization and customer-data isolation.\n\nImprove how operational knowledge is stored, versioned, and served.\n\nStrengthen testing and observability while evolving the platform with the engineering team.\n\nInvestigate production issues, design clear interfaces, and deliver maintainable solutions.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of backend engineering experience building and maintaining production services.\n\nPractical experience with Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js, and willingness to work across both.\n\nExperience with PostgreSQL or another relational database, including data modeling and transactions.\n\nExperience with background jobs, queues, or event-driven processing, including failure handling and data consistency.\n\nExperience building reliable asynchronous workflows and resolving production problems.\n\nExperience with workflow engines, multi-tenant applications, authorization, FastAPI, or agent tooling is helpful. Prior LLM experience is not required.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary: €80,000 annually.
