You will build qualified pipeline for a voice AI solution and help shape a repeatable sales approach as the company grows.\nWhat You'll Do\nGenerate qualified pipeline through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.\n\nIdentify and engage businesses that could benefit from voice AI.\n\nBuild and manage customer relationships throughout the sales process.\n\nDevelop outreach strategies and establish a repeatable go-to-market process.\n\nManage the pipeline and maintain CRM tools and records.\n\nTake on end-to-end deal closing as your performance develops.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience selling in a startup or other fast-moving environment, with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets or KPIs.\n\nDemonstrated experience selling a product or service, with the ability to manage deals through the full sales cycle.\n\nFluency in German at C2 level and English at B2 to C1 level.\n\nExperience with multichannel prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and phone, and hands-on CRM management.\n\nStrong business judgment, customer relationship skills, and a practical, ownership-oriented approach.\n\nInterest in B2B software, AI, or customer service technology is relevant.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: €75,000 to €85,000 annually.
