You will serve as the editorial voice of both the brand and its founders, playing a direct role in how the company earns attention and builds credibility with its target audience.\nWhat You'll Do\nGhostwrite and manage founders' LinkedIn presence, translating their thinking and customer conversations into posts that sound authentically like them.\n\nOwn the company's LinkedIn strategy and content cadence, optimizing for engagement, conversation, and conversion.\n\nProduce long-form content including blog posts, white papers, and case studies that establish thought leadership in the fintech and identity space.\n\nDefine and protect brand voice and tone across all published channels, including the website, press releases, and social media.\n\nExtract raw material directly from founder conversations and customer insights, shaping narratives without waiting for detailed briefs.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3 to 8 years of experience in content, copywriting, or communications roles.\n\nDemonstrated expertise with LinkedIn as a content channel, including a strong grasp of engagement mechanics, conversion patterns, and performance optimization.\n\nProven ability to write compellingly in someone else's voice, through ghostwriting for executives, managing a founder's social presence, or comparable work.\n\nExperience writing long-form content such as blogs, white papers, and case studies.\n\nExperience developing and managing brand voice and tone guidelines across multiple formats and channels.\n\nSelf-directed working style with the ability to surface insights and shape them into narratives with minimal direction.\n\nAvailability to work remotely within an EU-compatible timezone.\n\nBackground in B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity and compliance domains is a strong plus.\n\nA portfolio showing a distinctive personal writing voice and editorial perspective is a plus.\n\nLocation\nFully remote, open to candidates based in EU countries.
