You will define the brand voice across the entire customer journey and work end-to-end on projects alongside a small, ambitious team where your work has direct, visible impact.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn content marketing for the US market, shaping how businesses discover, understand, and trust the product.\n\nDefine the brand voice across the customer journey, including performance ads, landing pages, organic content, and product messaging.\n\nWrite and maintain website and landing page copy specifically for the US market.\n\nWrite high-performing copy for paid channels including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.\n\nScript ad creatives for video platforms such as YouTube and paid social.\n\nCreate and execute organic content strategies across social media platforms.\n\nCollaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic content.\n\nImprove messaging effectiveness through user research, A/B testing, and performance analysis.\n\nContribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or Growth Marketing.\n\nProven background in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment.\n\nOutstanding English writing skills specifically tuned for a US audience, with native or C2 proficiency.\n\nStrong grasp of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused copywriting.\n\nHands-on experience writing for paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and scripting video ad creatives.\n\nTrack record of building and executing organic social content strategies.\n\nAnalytical mindset with experience using A/B testing and performance data to refine content.\n\nExperience conducting or applying user research to sharpen messaging.\n\nComfort contributing to product positioning and GTM strategy.\n\nSelf-directed and effective in a fast-moving, low-structure startup environment.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $70,000 to $150,000 USD annually, depending on experience.
