You will shape core architecture, deliver the first production systems, and help build the engineering team.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and own the architecture for core product systems.\n\nBuild and deploy production systems using modern AI models and tooling.\n\nHire and lead the initial engineering team, establishing technical standards and culture.\n\nSet shipping priorities and balance speed, quality, and scope.\n\nPartner with company leadership on technical strategy and execution.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n2 to 8 years of hands-on experience building and shipping products with modern AI models and tooling.\n\nExperience deploying production systems using current AI models and frameworks.\n\nStrong systems architecture skills, including architecting systems from inception.\n\nExperience building or leading early-stage engineering teams and owning end-to-end technical decisions.\n\nWorking knowledge of Python, TypeScript, and PyTorch.\n\nA collaborative, hands-on approach and interest in applying AI to agriculture.\n\nAuthorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n$250,000 annual base salary and 5% equity. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nOn-site in San Francisco, California, six days per week.
