This role sits within an early analytics function and works closely with company leadership to deliver data that informs business decisions.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the ClickHouse warehouse schema, ingestion, backfills, and performance.\n\nBuild and operate tested, monitored Python pipelines from databases, billing systems, collaboration tools, and advertising platforms, including recovery and data verification.\n\nManage conversion tracking and attribution data, including server-side events and the transfer of lifetime gross profit data to advertising platforms.\n\nBuild and maintain BI dashboards for growth, finance, support, and product teams.\n\nAnalyze retention cohorts, unit economics, channel attribution, churn, and pricing impact, and proactively share findings.\n\nSet up monitoring and alerts for important data and business metric changes.\n\nWork with leadership to scope and prioritize analytics work, and challenge assumptions when needed.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTypically 2 to 10+ years of relevant experience, including ownership of production Python data pipelines.\n\nExperience with a columnar warehouse such as ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.\n\nExperience building BI dashboards with Hex, Metabase, or Looker.\n\nStrong understanding of business metrics, including retention cohorts and unit economics.\n\nFamiliarity with Stripe and SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, NDR, and LTV; experience supporting financial close is useful.\n\nHands-on experience with conversion tracking and attribution, such as Meta Conversions API, Google Ads conversion imports, or server-side event pipelines.\n\nUse coding agents daily while maintaining ownership of code quality and production behavior.\n\nA proactive, product-minded approach and experience taking ownership in a small, fast-moving team.\n\nLocation\nOn-site in Munich, Germany.
