You will own enterprise sales and account growth, working with senior customer stakeholders from initial discussions through long-term partnerships.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the full sales cycle, from first meetings through contract close, and expand relationships within existing global accounts.\n\nIdentify shop-floor process optimization opportunities and translate them into practical AI solutions.\n\nBuild and present business cases to management and C-level stakeholders.\n\nDevelop rollout strategies that scale successful pilots into enterprise-wide deployments.\n\nNavigate complex relationships across large international manufacturing organizations.\n\nCoordinate internal and external stakeholders to advance deals and deliver outcomes.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to seven years of experience in automotive, manufacturing, enterprise software sales, business development, or consulting.\n\nSolid understanding of AI, software, and production processes.\n\nExperience closing enterprise deals with large manufacturing or industrial organizations.\n\nAbility to identify process improvement opportunities and develop business cases and rollout plans.\n\nExperience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder groups.\n\nBusiness-fluent German and English.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nVisa sponsorship is not available for this role.\nLocation\nOn-site in Munich, Germany.
