You will be the technical bridge between customers and product teams, helping customers implement integrations successfully and feeding practical insights back into the product.\nWhat You'll Do\nHelp customers implement and use the product, from onboarding through rollout.\n\nServe as the technical point of contact for integrations and troubleshoot issues in production.\n\nScope customer requirements and recommend scalable implementation approaches.\n\nWork with product, engineering, and growth teams to identify and resolve friction in implementation workflows.\n\nImprove technical documentation, tooling, and processes to make future implementations smoother.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 or more years in a customer-facing technical role such as field engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or implementation.\n\nHands-on experience troubleshooting production integrations and working with REST APIs, webhooks, or event-driven systems.\n\nProduction experience with Node.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript, plus relational databases such as PostgreSQL and integration data modeling.\n\nExperience scoping technical requirements with customers and writing customer-facing technical documentation.\n\nExpertise in KYB, KYC, AML, regulated onboarding, or a related compliance domain. Fintech product experience in onboarding or identity is also relevant.\n\nClear communication, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort working across technical and customer teams in ambiguous situations.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms, containers, orchestration, or message queues is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual base salary ranges from EUR 93,000 to EUR 146,000, depending on level.
