You will own the full technical lifecycle from sales handoff through live deployment, sitting at the intersection of engineering, product, and real customer environments. Your work directly shapes how AI lands in complex enterprise settings.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn end-to-end technical implementation of the product, from sales handoff to go-live.\n\nConfigure and fine-tune AI models for customer-specific use cases, including prompt engineering and model behavior adjustments.\n\nStructure customer data and build system integrations with platforms such as SAP and various REST or GraphQL APIs.\n\nDevelop prototypes to demonstrate new features or solve emerging customer problems, then evolve them into scalable solutions.\n\nEngage daily with both end users and senior business stakeholders to translate real pain points into engineering decisions.\n\nSurface product gaps and patterns back to the core engineering team, acting as the voice of the customer internally.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nNative or C2-level German fluency, required.\n\nProven forward deployed or customer-facing engineering experience, not general engineering alone.\n\nStrong full-stack skills across Python, React, TypeScript, SQL, and data pipelines.\n\nHands-on experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, REST or GraphQL APIs, and webhooks.\n\nPractical experience with LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering in real production or customer contexts.\n\nAbility to wrangle messy, inconsistent real-world data and establish reliable structures quickly.\n\nExcellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nHigh agency and ownership mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, legacy systems, and imperfect information.\n\nWillingness to work on-site in Munich in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: 80,000 to 130,000 EUR annually.
