You will sit between logistics operations teams and the founding engineering team, translating real-world customer workflows into production software. The work is high-stakes, customer-facing, and central to how the product evolves.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner directly with logistics teams to understand their workflows and translate operational needs into system design.\n\nBuild fast, AI-powered tools across the full stack using Node.js and TypeScript.\n\nIntegrate with enterprise ecosystems including ERP, TMS, SFTP, and event queues, and construct reliable data pipelines for messy, real-world data.\n\nShape product direction and technical decisions alongside a small founding team.\n\nTravel regularly to key customer accounts across Europe and Asia to maintain close relationships.\n\nWrite clean, production-ready code and own outcomes end-to-end from design through deployment.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3 or more years building full-stack applications or backend systems in production environments.\n\nStrong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js; React or another modern frontend framework is a plus.\n\nProven experience designing and integrating with enterprise systems such as ERPs, TMSs, and external APIs.\n\nExperience building and maintaining data pipelines handling unstructured or multi-source data.\n\nHands-on experience with cloud infrastructure tools such as Docker, Terraform, GCP, or AWS.\n\nComfort working in high-autonomy, early-stage environments with full ownership of outcomes.\n\nClear, effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel regularly to customer sites in Europe and Asia.\n\nFamiliarity with GenAI or LLM architectures (RAG, evals, orchestration) is a bonus.\n\nBackground in logistics, supply chain, or operations is a plus but not required.\n\nLocation\nBerlin, Germany.
