You will own the full technical relationship with enterprise manufacturing customers, from initial deployment through long-term success, sitting at the intersection of software engineering, systems integration, and customer partnership. Your work will have a direct, visible impact on how factory teams operate every single shift.\nWhat You'll Do\nDeploy and configure the platform at customer manufacturing sites across France and Europe.\n\nIntegrate the platform with existing industrial systems such as MES, ERP, and SCADA, writing integration code autonomously where needed.\n\nTrain frontline teams including operators, supervisors, and plant managers on the platform.\n\nServe as the technical voice of the customer, feeding real-world product feedback directly back to the product team.\n\nIdentify and scope expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5 or more years of experience in software engineering or technical customer-facing roles such as forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or implementation consulting.\n\nStrong full-stack engineering skills with a track record of shipping production code autonomously across frontend and backend.\n\nFluency in both French and English, spoken and written, is required.\n\nProven ability to own end-to-end technical relationships with enterprise customers through deployment and go-live.\n\nExperience training end-users of varying technical levels on software systems.\n\nComfort working on-site at customer manufacturing facilities.\n\nExperience integrating with industrial or enterprise systems (MES, ERP, SCADA, or similar) is a strong plus.\n\nA background in manufacturing or industrial environments is a bonus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nThe salary range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.\nLocation\nThis is a hybrid role based in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
