You will own technical delivery end-to-end, from early discovery with asset servicers and asset managers through production launch of AI-driven fund accounting workflows. Your work directly shapes both customer outcomes and the core product roadmap.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the full project lifecycle for customer deployments, from initial discovery through production go-live.\n\nWork directly with customer operations teams to map existing workflows and identify adoption barriers.\n\nConvert customer processes into AI-driven, automated workflows using the platform.\n\nBuild customer-tailored prototypes and iterate quickly based on real feedback and shifting scope.\n\nFeed deployment insights back into product development planning to improve the platform.\n\nDevelop standardized approaches and reusable components from patterns observed across deployments.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n1 to 6 years of experience shipping production software, with strong TypeScript and Node.js proficiency (NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, React).\n\nHands-on experience working directly with customers to scope, prototype, and iterate on technical deliverables, such as forward-deployed or solutions engineering roles.\n\nGenuine empathy for operational workflows and the ability to translate business processes into technical solutions.\n\nComfort owning deliverables independently across the full technical lifecycle.\n\nBackground in private markets, fund accounting, or financial operations is a strong plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: 70,000 to 110,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is available.\nLocation\nOn-site in Berlin, Germany.
