You will work directly with clients and the founding team to turn complex workflows into integrations and product improvements that help practices operate more efficiently.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and maintain integrations with provider practices and insurance systems using APIs, web scrapers, or RPA as needed.\n\nJoin client discovery sessions to map workflows and translate needs into technical requirements.\n\nShip custom integrations quickly and iterate based on feedback from real-world use.\n\nContribute to the core product when integration work is not the primary bottleneck.\n\nBuild working knowledge of the US provider and payer landscape.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to five years of full-stack engineering experience building and shipping software, with experience owning features from discovery through delivery.\n\nStartup experience in a small team, with broad ownership and comfort working through ambiguity.\n\nExperience integrating third-party APIs and actively using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor on production work.\n\nProficiency in Python and FastAPI or an equivalent backend framework, plus React and TypeScript or equivalent frontend technologies.\n\nClear communication skills and the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical audiences.\n\nExperience with web scraping or RPA, US healthcare systems, AWS or GCP, or production LLM applications is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary range: $150,000 to $230,000 USD.
