You will own technical delivery from customer discovery through production launch, helping turn operational processes into useful software and bringing customer insights back into product development.\nWhat You'll Do\nWork with customer teams to understand their workflows, define project scope, and identify barriers to adoption.\n\nBuild and iterate on customer tailored prototypes, adjusting scope based on feedback and technical findings.\n\nTranslate private market operations processes into AI powered workflows and deliver them to production.\n\nShare deployment learnings with the product team and develop reusable components and approaches for recurring needs.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTypically 1 to 6 years of relevant experience, including production software delivery.\n\nStrong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, with experience using NestJS, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and React.\n\nExperience working directly with customers to scope, prototype, and iterate on technical solutions, such as in forward deployed engineering or solutions engineering.\n\nAbility to own technical delivery end to end and collaborate closely with a founding team in person.\n\nEmpathy for private market operations workflows; experience in private markets or financial operations is helpful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: €70,000 to €110,000 annually.
