Working closely with the product team and clients, you will turn complex healthcare workflows into practical technical solutions that help practices manage payer requirements and patient access to care.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and maintain integrations with provider practices and insurance systems using APIs, web scraping, or robotic process automation as needed.\n\nJoin client discovery sessions to map workflows and turn them into technical requirements.\n\nShip custom integrations quickly and refine them using feedback from real-world use.\n\nContribute to core product development when integration work is not the main priority.\n\nDevelop a strong understanding of the US provider and payer landscape.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to five years of full-stack engineering experience building and shipping features.\n\nExperience owning features or products from discovery through delivery, ideally in a startup or small team.\n\nExperience integrating third-party APIs and using AI coding tools on production work.\n\nProficiency with Python and FastAPI or a similar backend framework, plus React and TypeScript or comparable frontend technologies.\n\nFamiliarity with Postgres, AWS or GCP, and version control tools such as GitHub.\n\nStrong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical audiences.\n\nWeb scraping, RPA, US healthcare, provider or payer systems, and production AI or LLM experience are valued.\n\nAble to attend in-person team or client meetings and travel as needed.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: $150,000 to $230,000 USD annually.
