You will own technical delivery end to end, translating customer workflows into production AI-driven solutions and sharing what you learn with the product team.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage technical delivery across the project lifecycle, from customer discovery through production launch.\n\nWork directly with customer teams to understand their workflows and identify barriers to adoption.\n\nTranslate operational processes into AI-driven workflows using the company's platform.\n\nBuild customer-specific prototypes, iterate quickly, and adjust scope based on feedback.\n\nBring deployment insights into product planning and develop reusable approaches for recurring needs.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nApproximately 1 to 6 years of relevant experience shipping production software.\n\nStrong TypeScript and Node.js skills, including experience with NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, and React.\n\nExperience working directly with customers to scope, prototype, and iterate on technical solutions, such as in forward-deployed or solutions engineering roles.\n\nAbility to own delivery end to end, from customer discovery to production.\n\nEmpathy for private-market operations workflows; experience in private markets or financial operations is beneficial.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: €70,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.\nLocation\nOn-site in Berlin, Germany.
