This customer-facing role connects on-site discovery with hands-on product development, helping customers solve real workflow challenges while making shared platform capabilities more useful.\nWhat You'll Do\nWork on-site with procurement teams to understand their workflows and translate broad requests into clearly defined problems.\n\nReview AI agent conversations and execution traces to identify failure patterns and improve prompts, context, and tool use.\n\nTurn recurring agent failures into evaluation cases in collaboration with the AI team.\n\nBuild product features, customer-data adapters, and integrations that connect systems and data sources.\n\nTake solutions from initial discovery through production rollout, then observe user behavior and iterate.\n\nBring recurring customer needs into reusable product and platform capabilities.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of professional experience shipping software used by real users.\n\nStrong full-stack or backend foundations, with production experience building APIs and working with SQL and relational databases.\n\nProduction experience with TypeScript or Python; experience with React, Next.js, or another frontend framework is useful.\n\nExperience in enterprise integrations, LLM applications, or technical customer-facing work.\n\nAbility to investigate system behavior using logs, traces, or conversation histories, and improve software based on observed user behavior.\n\nExperience building or maintaining integrations across systems or data sources is helpful.
