You will work directly with logistics teams to turn operational challenges into reliable, AI-powered products, partnering closely with engineering from discovery through deployment.\nWhat You'll Do\nWork with logistics teams to understand their workflows and translate customer needs into system designs.\n\nBuild full-stack tools using TypeScript and Node.js, with React where appropriate.\n\nIntegrate enterprise systems such as ERP and transport management platforms, APIs, SFTP, and event queues.\n\nDevelop reliable data pipelines for messy information from multiple sources.\n\nHelp shape product direction and technical decisions with the engineering team.\n\nOwn work from initial design through production deployment, iterating quickly based on user feedback.\n\nTravel regularly to customer sites across Europe and Asia.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of experience building full-stack applications or backend systems in production, with a record of stable engineering roles.\n\nStrong TypeScript and Node.js skills, plus experience designing APIs and integrating external and enterprise systems.\n\nExperience specifying and shipping products directly with users, and building backend infrastructure that can scale.\n\nProduction experience delivering LLM or agent functionality, such as RAG, evaluations, or orchestration.\n\nFamiliarity with Docker, Terraform, GCP, or AWS, and building data pipelines for unstructured or inconsistent data.\n\nClear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and comfort working with autonomy in an early-stage environment.\n\nReact or another modern frontend framework is a plus.
