You will connect customer environments with product and engineering teams, taking technical proofs of value from discovery through production deployment.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead customer discovery to understand data architectures, operational constraints, and business needs.\n\nScope and deliver proofs of value, including technical validation and plans for production adoption.\n\nRun product demonstrations, respond to technical objections, and guide architecture discussions with senior stakeholders.\n\nDevelop repeatable pre-sales materials, discovery frameworks, and reference architectures.\n\nTranslate customer requirements and edge cases into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.\n\nPartner with machine learning and infrastructure teams to deliver deployments that meet customer expectations.\n\nTravel regularly to customer sites across the UK and Europe.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 5 years of professional experience, including 2 to 3 years building or delivering technical data systems.\n\nExperience in forward-deployed engineering, solutions architecture, deployment strategy, or customer-facing data and AI delivery.\n\nA track record of personally taking enterprise proofs of value through to production commitments, including navigating procurement and security reviews.\n\nStrong knowledge of modern data stacks, including warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data governance.\n\nProduction experience with LLM or agentic systems, plus sound judgment about their capabilities and limitations.\n\nExperience leading technical discovery and demos with enterprise stakeholders and translating customer constraints into product feedback.\n\nPython or SQL skills sufficient to prototype solutions with customers.\n\nKnowledge of knowledge graphs, semantic layers, ontologies, or entity resolution is beneficial.
