# Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Role Join an early-stage enterprise AI infrastructure company as the technical lead for customer engagements across the UK and Europe. You will connect customer environments with product and engineering teams, taking technical proofs of value from discovery through production deployment. What You'll Do Lead customer discovery to understand data architectures, operational constraints, and business needs. Scope and deliver proofs of value, including technical validation and plans for production adoption. Run product demonstrations, respond to technical objections, and guide architecture discussions with senior stakeholders. Develop repeatable pre-sales materials, discovery frameworks, and reference architectures. Translate customer requirements and edge cases into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams. Partner with machine learning and infrastructure teams to deliver deployments that meet customer expectations. Travel regularly to customer sites across the UK and Europe.
