You will work directly with customer teams to understand their processes, deliver tailored technical solutions from discovery through production, and use what you learn to inform the core product.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn technical delivery across the full project lifecycle, from customer discovery through production launch.\n\nWork with customer teams to map operational workflows and identify barriers to adoption.\n\nTranslate customer processes into AI-driven workflows for private-market operations.\n\nBuild customer-specific prototypes, iterate quickly, and adjust scope based on feedback.\n\nBring deployment insights into product planning and develop reusable components from recurring patterns.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTypically 1 to 6 years of relevant experience shipping production software.\n\nProficiency with TypeScript and Node.js, including NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, and React.\n\nExperience working directly with customers to scope, prototype, and iterate on technical deliverables, such as in forward-deployed or solutions engineering roles.\n\nAbility to work closely in person with the founding team and understand private-market operations workflows.\n\nPrivate-markets or financial-operations experience is helpful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary range: €70,000 to €110,000.
