You will connect healthcare operations teams with the platform, helping turn their processes into reliable automations while sharing customer insights with product and engineering.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead customer engagements from proof of concept through kickoff, building and delivering automation workflows with AI and low-code tools.\n\nWork with healthcare operations teams to understand their procedures and translate them into clear automation requirements.\n\nManage multiple implementations at once and monitor workflows in production, investigating failures as customer systems evolve.\n\nBecome the primary relationship owner for customers transitioning from proof of concept to ongoing use.\n\nShare recurring issues, edge cases, and customer needs with engineering to help inform product improvements.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 1 year of customer-facing experience in implementation, solutions, customer success, operations, or consulting.\n\nExperience solving customer problems in a solutions architect, implementation specialist, or consulting role, and managing multiple projects or implementations concurrently.\n\nFamiliarity with AI tools such as Claude or Codex, and ideally browser automation, APIs, SQL, or developer tools.\n\nHealthcare, health tech, or revenue cycle management experience, along with experience at an early-stage startup.\n\nStrong attention to detail, communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to turn ambiguous needs into actionable requirements. An engineering background is not required.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $150,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
