You will work across product, engineering, and customer deployments to bring AI applications into production, keep them reliable, and turn deployment learnings into improvements to the product.\nWhat You'll Do\nTranslate customer requirements into robust implementation plans and production-ready configurations.\n\nLead deployments, including workflows, data flows, prompts, and guardrails for AI applications.\n\nBuild integrations with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods such as OAuth and API keys.\n\nWrite and test glue code and small-to-medium features, with appropriate monitoring and logging.\n\nDebug live issues across calls, workflows, and data, and deploy fixes in production.\n\nCreate reusable templates, deployment playbooks, and practices that make implementations repeatable.\n\nShare recurring customer needs and product gaps with concrete recommendations for the product team.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nSeveral years of experience translating customer requirements into production implementations.\n\nHands-on experience building and operating production LLM applications, including prompting, tool use, RAG, evaluation, and understanding failure modes.\n\nStrong coding skills for integrations and features, along with experience testing, monitoring, and logging production systems.\n\nCloud fundamentals, including deployment, observability, and production debugging.\n\nPractical experience with APIs, webhooks, authentication, and third-party integrations.\n\nGerman proficiency at B2 level or higher. Exceptional candidates without German proficiency may be considered for escalation.\n\nExperience in a startup engineering environment is valued. Voice or telephony integrations, TypeScript or Python, SQL, automation tools, and privacy considerations are relevant additional experience.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: €60,000 to €90,000 annually.
