You will own the path from customer requirements to reliable production implementations, while sharing practical learnings that improve the product.\nWhat You'll Do\nTranslate customer requirements into robust implementation plans and production workflows.\n\nLead deployments involving AI logic, prompts, guardrails, data flows, and monitoring.\n\nBuild integrations with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and common authentication patterns.\n\nWrite and test glue code and product features, with appropriate logging and observability.\n\nInvestigate live production issues across calls, workflows, and data, then implement fixes.\n\nCreate reusable templates, deployment playbooks, and practices that support repeatable rollouts.\n\nShare recurring customer needs and product gaps with clear recommendations.\n\nCollaborate across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure deployments work reliably in live use.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nSeveral years of experience translating customer requirements into production implementation plans.\n\nProduction experience with LLM applications, including prompting, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, and failure modes.\n\nHands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, authentication, and third-party integrations.\n\nStrong coding skills for building integrations and features, with experience in testing, monitoring, logging, and production debugging.\n\nCloud deployment and observability fundamentals, plus a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach.\n\nGerman proficiency at B2 level or above; exceptional candidates without German proficiency may be considered for escalation.\n\nVoice or telephony integrations are a plus. Experience with TypeScript or Python, SQL, workflow automation, monitoring and tracing, or privacy considerations is also helpful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: €60,000 to €90,000 annually.
