About the Role Join the founding team of an early-stage AI-powered recruiting and talent marketplace company as a hands-on operator. You will take on high-impact work across product, growth, operations, and partnerships to improve candidate outcomes and help the business scale. What You'll Do Lead founder-priority projects, from exploring new markets to executing strategic initiatives. Improve the candidate experience, funnel conversion, and hiring outcomes. Design and implement scalable operating processes and systems. Support go-to-market efforts by refining messaging, running experiments, and developing partnerships. Turn feedback from candidates and hiring companies into actionable product priorities. Independently shift between operations, strategy, recruiting, and special projects as business needs evolve.
