# Founder's Associate, GTM

About the Role Work directly with the founders to build the go-to-market engine for an AI platform serving private market operations. This full-time role spans sales, product discovery, client deployment, and strategic planning, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position. What You'll Do Partner with the founders across go-to-market, product, and company-building work. Build AI-enabled systems for account research, market intelligence, and relationship mapping. Lead discovery conversations with domain experts and turn insights into tailored demos and forward-deployed proof-of-concept projects. Translate prospect and client feedback into product insights and clearer positioning. Advance pilots and client deployments by identifying additional workflows and demonstrating value.
