# Founders Associate Intern

About the Role Work directly with the founder at an early-stage fintech and AI company developing technology-enabled investment banking services. You will take high-priority projects from initial research through recommendations and execution, contributing to growth, fundraising, operations, and recruiting. What You'll Do Identify prospective clients and partners, develop outreach approaches, and help turn conversations into commercial relationships. Research investors, refine fundraising materials, build financial analyses, and coordinate diligence and follow-ups. Source and assess candidates and help create effective operating and recruiting processes. Research new opportunities, address strategic questions, and execute other high-priority founder-led projects. What We're Looking For Zero to three years of experience, including internship experience in investment banking, a high-growth startup, management consulting, private equity, or an adjacent finance field.
