This high-ownership internship spans internal systems, recruiting, funding research, and go-to-market work, helping the team grow and bring AI tools to freight operations.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and manage internal systems, including the company website and operational tools.\n\nCoordinate recruiting efforts and support onboarding for new team members.\n\nSupport go-to-market initiatives and help introduce AI agents to customers.\n\nIdentify, research, and pursue grants and other non-dilutive funding opportunities.\n\nTake on a range of strategic and hands-on projects that help move the business forward.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nInternship experience and generalist experience in an early-stage startup or another high-ownership environment.\n\nA technical background or demonstrated understanding of AI, software systems, and how digital tools work.\n\nExperience building or managing websites, internal systems, or operational tooling.\n\nExperience supporting recruiting, funding research, or go-to-market work.\n\nFluent written and spoken German and English, with local work authorization in Germany.\n\nStrong communication, integrity, initiative, and willingness to take ownership in an evolving environment.\n\nInterest in startups, AI, and building a company; experience in logistics, freight, AI agents, APIs, or system integrations is helpful.\n\nAvailable to work from the Berlin office and start in Q4 2026.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n€2,400 per month (€28,800 annually).
