About the Role Join a small, fast-moving operations team at an early-stage AI and logistics technology company. This high-ownership internship spans internal systems, recruiting, funding research, and go-to-market work, helping the team grow and bring AI tools to freight operations. What You'll Do Build and manage internal systems, including the company website and operational tools. Coordinate recruiting efforts and support onboarding for new team members. Support go-to-market initiatives and help introduce AI agents to customers. Identify, research, and pursue grants and other non-dilutive funding opportunities. Take on a range of strategic and hands-on projects that help move the business forward.
