You will work directly alongside the founding team, contributing across internal systems, recruiting, go-to-market, and strategy. This is a role for someone who wants real impact, not a passive observer seat.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and manage internal systems, including the company website and operational tooling.\n\nLead recruiting efforts and support the onboarding of new team members.\n\nSupport go-to-market initiatives and help bring AI agent products to customers.\n\nIdentify and secure grant and non-dilutive funding opportunities.\n\nSwitch fluidly between big-picture strategy and detailed execution, tackling whatever challenge moves the company forward.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in generalist roles, ideally in early-stage or high-agency environments with real ownership.\n\nA technical background or strong intuition for AI and software systems.\n\nExperience building or managing internal systems, websites, or operational tooling.\n\nFamiliarity with recruiting processes, candidate sourcing, or talent acquisition workflows.\n\nExperience identifying and securing funding opportunities such as grants or non-dilutive funding.\n\nExposure to go-to-market, customer acquisition, or sales enablement activities.\n\nCuriosity about startups, AI, and how companies are built from the ground up.\n\nFluency in both German and English, written and verbal.\n\nA bias toward action, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency.\n\nAspiration to build something meaningful, with a longer-term interest in founding a company.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n€2,400 per month. No visa sponsorship is available; local work authorization is required.\nLocation\nOn-site in Berlin, Germany. Berlin office presence is preferred.
