You will be in the room when decisions are made, and then you will be the person who makes them happen. The team is intentionally small, so the scope and responsibility here would take years to reach at a larger organisation.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn operational projects end to end, from first draft through to a measurable result.\n\nBuild processes and automations that eliminate manual work, first for yourself and then for the broader team.\n\nJump across commercial, operations, product, and hiring work depending on what matters most that week.\n\nSpot bottlenecks early and resolve them before they slow down growth.\n\nPrepare analyses and decision documents for the founders, then execute on the outcomes.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least one year of experience in an operational, business development, consulting, or founder's office role with measurable outcomes to show for it.\n\nEarly-career generalist profile: eager to learn across functions rather than specialising in one area.\n\nDemonstrated experience building at least one automation, workflow, or process tool that saved meaningful time; no-code or code both count.\n\nStrong proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets) for analysis, reporting, and process tracking.\n\nComfort managing multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision and a strong bias toward hands-on execution.\n\nExperience in early-stage, resource-constrained environments where individuals cover multiple functional areas.\n\nFluent German (spoken and written) and strong English.\n\nFamiliarity with no-code automation tools (such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Airtable), AI tools, or basic scripting is a plus.\n\nBackground in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a regulated industry is a plus but not required.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary of €55,000 to €90,000 depending on experience, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nOn-site in Berlin, Germany, five days a week. Candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2146,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":1,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"German","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false}]},"benefits":["Equity"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Germany","iso":"DE","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":true,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-25T17:49:37Z"},{"event":"close","at":"2026-10-01T18:21:48Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":null,"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":103316,"is_top_pay":true},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/clera-founders-associate-junior-generalist-2","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/clera-founders-associate-junior-generalist-2.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-13T23:50:40Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":36374,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-14T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":2706},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=2706"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fclera-founders-associate-junior-generalist-2"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fclera-founders-associate-junior-generalist-2"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fclera-founders-associate-junior-generalist-2"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/clera-founders-associate-junior-generalist-2\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fclera-founders-associate-junior-generalist-2"}]}
