You will help shape product strategy, surface customer insights, and support hiring, all while building the skills and perspective needed to start your own company one day.\nWhat You'll Do\nAnalyze customer data and feedback to identify high-impact problems worth solving.\n\nConduct customer interviews to deeply understand user needs and pain points.\n\nResearch market opportunities and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy.\n\nEvaluate emerging AI models, prompting techniques, and Voice AI approaches to keep the product ahead of the curve.\n\nTriage incoming product feedback and make clear, prioritized recommendations to the team.\n\nSupport recruiting efforts to bring on exceptional engineering talent.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n2 or more years of experience in product management, software engineering, or a founding role shipping software products.\n\nTechnical background, demonstrated through software engineering experience, a CS or related degree, or technical product management.\n\nHands-on experience evaluating, testing, or working with AI models, prompting techniques, or voice AI systems.\n\nTrack record of conducting customer interviews and user research to drive product decisions.\n\nExperience analyzing product feedback and data to identify and prioritize problems.\n\nFamiliarity with competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy.\n\nSome exposure to hiring or technical evaluation of engineering candidates.\n\nExperience working in a B2C or B2B SaaS product environment, ideally at an early-stage startup or scale-up.\n\nStrong product taste, commercial instinct, and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly in writing and conversation.\n\nHigh agency: you take ownership and move things forward without waiting for direction.\n\nOpen to direct feedback and able to iterate quickly without ego.\n\nLocation\nOn-site in Berlin, Germany.
