You will lead enterprise sales across the DACH region, close new business, and build the playbook for a scalable go-to-market team.\nWhat You'll Do\nClose new business with DACH enterprises and mid-market organizations across sectors such as energy, automotive, and chemicals.\n\nOwn the full sales cycle, from discovery and demos through business cases, pilot scoping, procurement, security reviews, contract negotiation, and upsell.\n\nBuild relationships across complex buying committees, including procurement, IT, finance, and category management leaders.\n\nPartner with deployment specialists from the demo onward, leading the commercial process alongside implementation work.\n\nShare pricing, product, and ideal customer profile insights with company leadership and the product team.\n\nDocument the sales playbook for future account executive hires.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of experience closing complex enterprise B2B SaaS deals.\n\nA track record of personally closing deals with six-figure annual contract values and consistently attaining meaningful quota over multiple sales cycles.\n\nExperience selling enterprise software for supply chain management, vendor or supplier management, accounts payable, budget control, or a comparable area.\n\nStrong stakeholder-mapping skills and experience navigating complex enterprise buying committees.\n\nFull professional proficiency in both German and English.\n\nExperience owning the complete enterprise sales cycle, including discovery, demos, procurement, security reviews, negotiation, and expansion.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive base salary with uncapped variable compensation and equity as an early hire.
