You will work closely with the founding team and lead the full sales cycle with staffing agencies and temporary employment firms.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage sales from prospecting and outreach through product demos, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.\n\nDevelop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the DACH market.\n\nBuild expertise in staffing and recruiting to shape customer positioning and messaging.\n\nShare customer feedback with the founding team to improve product-market fit and the sales approach.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to six years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, from prospecting to closing.\n\nCold-calling and closing experience, with a phone-first sales approach.\n\nNative or C2-level German fluency and the ability to sell effectively to DACH clients.\n\nExperience selling HR technology or recruiting software, ideally to staffing agencies or temporary employment firms in the DACH region.\n\nA business school background or equivalent commercial training.\n\nA self-directed approach and comfort building a sales motion from the ground up.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: €60,000 to €90,000 annually.
