You will lead enterprise sales across the DACH region and establish a repeatable go-to-market playbook for an AI-enabled procurement platform.\nWhat You'll Do\nClose new business with enterprise and mid-market organizations across the DACH region.\n\nOwn the full sales cycle, from discovery and demonstrations through business cases, pilot scoping, procurement, security reviews, contract negotiation, and upselling.\n\nMap and engage complex buying committees, including procurement executives, IT, Finance, and category managers.\n\nPartner with deployment specialists from the demonstration stage through implementation, leading the commercial process.\n\nShare pricing, product, and ideal customer profile insights with company leadership and the product team.\n\nDocument and develop the sales playbook for future account executives.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a record of personally closing six-figure annual contract value deals.\n\nExperience carrying and consistently attaining a meaningful quota over multiple sales cycles.\n\nSales experience in supply chain management, vendor or supplier management, finance, accounts payable, budget control, or a comparable enterprise software area.\n\nStrong stakeholder-mapping skills and confidence navigating complex enterprise buying committees.\n\nFull working proficiency in German and English.\n\nInterest in procurement and industries such as energy, automotive, and chemicals.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive base salary with uncapped variable compensation and equity.
