You will shape the agent architecture, evaluation systems, and learning loops, and help build the AI team as the company grows.\nWhat You'll Do\nImprove agent output and content quality across social channels and article writing, making quality measurable through evaluation systems.\n\nImprove search engine optimization and generative engine optimization performance.\n\nBuild feedback loops that help agents learn from real-world outcomes and performance signals.\n\nOwn and improve AI infrastructure, agent architecture, model strategy, and supporting data pipelines.\n\nHelp hire and lead the AI team as the organization grows.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of experience building production machine learning or AI systems, including recent hands-on experience shipping LLM products or agents.\n\nExperience designing evaluation systems and learning from outcome signals at scale, particularly in search, ranking, or recommendations.\n\nStrong TypeScript, including Next.js, and Python skills for building end-to-end products, data analysis, evaluation, and model work.\n\nStrong judgment about output quality, with the ability to make it measurable and actionable.\n\nExperience taking ownership in a startup or small-team environment; experience with search, algorithms, reinforcement learning, or marketing technology is relevant.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nTarget annual compensation is $180,000 to $230,000 USD.
