You will own pipeline generation and partner with the Account Executive team, helping enterprise organizations explore how voice AI can support their operations.\nWhat You'll Do\nResearch high-potential enterprise accounts and map decision-makers across AI, customer service, IT, product, engineering, and innovation teams.\n\nCreate personalized outbound campaigns across phone, LinkedIn, email, events, and other channels.\n\nCold call senior enterprise buyers, qualify opportunities against clear standards, and hand qualified conversations to the Account Executive.\n\nFollow up systematically on inbound leads and market signals to create new conversations.\n\nPrepare for trade fairs by researching attendees, booking meetings, and following up after events.\n\nKeep HubSpot accurate, document workflows and learnings, and test messaging, channels, and sequences to improve results.\n\nAs the team grows, help hire, onboard, and develop future BDRs.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nNative-level or bilingual German is required.\n\nPrior BDR or SDR experience is not required. The role is suited to candidates with around 1 to 4 years of relevant experience, including former founders and people from nontraditional backgrounds.\n\nComfort speaking on the phone with senior enterprise buyers, and an interest in outbound, account research, and persistent execution.\n\nCuriosity about technical products, including voice AI, and a systems-minded approach to building processes.\n\nInterest in developing outbound expertise over time, rather than moving quickly into an Account Executive role.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: €40,000 to €65,000 annually. OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable): €60,000 to €80,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nOn-site in Berlin, Germany.
