You will generate pipeline, help shape a repeatable go-to-market motion, and grow into closing deals end-to-end as the team scales.\nWhat You'll Do\nGenerate qualified pipeline through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.\n\nIdentify and engage prospects who could benefit from voice AI solutions.\n\nBuild and manage customer relationships throughout the sales process.\n\nDevelop and refine outreach strategies and repeatable sales processes.\n\nManage pipeline and maintain CRM tools and records.\n\nTake on end-to-end deal closing as your performance develops.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nSales experience in a startup or other fast-moving environment, with a record of consistently exceeding targets or KPIs.\n\nExperience selling a product or service and driving outreach across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, and phone.\n\nExperience managing CRM tools and customer relationships.\n\nStrong business sense and the ability to understand the needs and challenges of different companies.\n\nFluency in both English and German, with excellent communication skills.\n\nA hands-on approach, comfort with direct customer interaction, and the ability to take ownership in an on-site team environment.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary: €75,000 to €85,000 annually.
