You will generate qualified pipeline, help shape the go-to-market motion, and grow into closing deals end to end as the team scales.\nWhat You'll Do\nGenerate qualified pipeline through outreach by email, LinkedIn, and phone.\n\nIdentify and engage prospects who could benefit from AI voice solutions.\n\nBuild and manage customer relationships throughout the sales process.\n\nDevelop repeatable outreach strategies and help refine the go-to-market process.\n\nManage the sales pipeline and maintain CRM tools.\n\nTake on end-to-end deal closing as your performance develops.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nSales experience in a startup or another fast-moving environment, with a track record of exceeding targets or KPIs.\n\nExperience selling a product or service and driving outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone.\n\nFluency in German and English, with German proficiency at C2 level and English proficiency at B2-C1 level.\n\nExperience managing CRM tools and building customer relationships.\n\nStrong business sense, ownership, and comfort working hands-on in a collaborative team.\n\nInterest in developing sales processes and closing deals across the full sales cycle.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary: €75,000 to €85,000.
