You will build the outbound pipeline from the ground up, generating qualified opportunities for an AI-enabled legal services practice serving fast-moving companies.\nWhat You'll Do\nRun high-volume outbound prospecting through email, phone, and LinkedIn to build qualified pipeline.\n\nSource and qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and book meetings with prospective customers.\n\nOwn the sales motion from prospecting through qualifying opportunities and contributing to revenue.\n\nUse feedback and performance data to improve messaging, targeting, and outbound processes.\n\nFind ways to increase the pace and quality of pipeline generation as the sales function grows.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nOne to two years of sales experience at a high-growth startup, with a record of meeting or exceeding quota.\n\nExperience running high-volume cold outreach and booking qualified meetings with prospective buyers.\n\nExperience selling to startups, founders, or operations decision-makers.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including effective cold emails, messages, and follow-ups.\n\nExperience qualifying leads, identifying decision-makers, and iterating on outbound approaches based on results.\n\nStrong ownership, organization, resilience, and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment.\n\nLegal technology, contract management, legal services, or building an outbound function from scratch is a plus.\n\nComfort working an exceptionally demanding schedule, including 12-hour-plus days and six-day workweeks.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompensation is $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
