As its first sales development representative, you will generate pipeline, help shape the go-to-market approach, and build the repeatable sales processes that support the company's growth. With strong performance, the role can expand to include closing deals through the full sales cycle.\nWhat You'll Do\nGenerate qualified pipeline through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.\n\nIdentify and engage prospective customers who could benefit from AI voice solutions.\n\nBuild and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process.\n\nDevelop and refine outreach strategies and repeatable sales processes.\n\nManage pipeline and maintain CRM tools and records.\n\nProgress toward owning and closing deals end to end as you demonstrate strong performance.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nSales experience in a startup or another fast-moving environment, with a record of consistently exceeding targets or KPIs.\n\nExperience selling a product or service and driving outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone.\n\nFluency in German at C2 level and English at B2 to C1 level, with excellent communication skills.\n\nExperience managing CRM tools and building customer relationships.\n\nBusiness acumen to understand the needs and challenges of different companies.\n\nA hands-on approach, strong ownership, and interest in direct customer interaction and contributing to go-to-market processes.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is €75,000 to €85,000 annually.
