You will own pipeline generation from prospecting through qualified opportunities and help shape the go-to-market approach.\nWhat You'll Do\nRun high-volume outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn to build qualified pipeline.\n\nIdentify and qualify leads, find decision-makers, and book meetings through cold outreach.\n\nOwn sales opportunities from sourcing through qualification and contribute to revenue generation.\n\nUse performance data and prospect feedback to improve messaging, targeting, and outbound processes.\n\nFind ways to increase the speed, quality, and scale of pipeline generation.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nOne to two years of sales experience at a high-growth startup, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.\n\nExperience running high-volume outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn, and converting cold prospects into qualified meetings.\n\nExperience prospecting to startups, founders, or operations buyers.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, resilience, and ownership of outcomes.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment and iterate on sales approaches using feedback and performance data.\n\nLegal technology, contract management, legal services, or building an outbound sales function from the ground up are relevant experience.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $80,000 to $100,000 USD annually.
