As the founding cloud infrastructure engineer, you will establish the infrastructure foundation and make architectural decisions that support the platform as it grows.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and build cloud infrastructure from the ground up, owning decisions from architecture through deployment and scaling.\n\nArchitect and operate production Kubernetes clusters and infrastructure-as-code deployments.\n\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and systems for monitoring, observability, and logging.\n\nDesign database infrastructure and implement cloud networking, security, and access controls.\n\nEstablish infrastructure standards and practices in an early-stage environment, with opportunities to work on data pipelines and AI infrastructure.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 5 years of experience building and operating production cloud infrastructure, with roughly 5 to 12 years of overall experience.\n\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes or similar container orchestration platforms, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.\n\nExperience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including compute, storage, networking, and managed services.\n\nBackground in database infrastructure, relational and NoSQL systems, security, CI/CD, and infrastructure observability.\n\nComfort making architectural decisions and building systems from scratch in a startup environment.
