You will own customer projects from requirements through manufacturing and collaborate closely with software and machine learning engineers to shape the tools through hands-on hardware work.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage multiple client projects from requirements gathering through manufacturing.\n\nDesign boards for applications including motor control, compute systems, RF and antenna systems, battery management, and high-speed interfaces.\n\nWork directly with customers to understand constraints and deliver practical solutions.\n\nBuild internal tools and automation that improve hardware design workflows.\n\nCollaborate with layout specialists, firmware engineers, and manufacturing partners.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 1 year of electrical engineering experience, with hardware shipped to production.\n\nHands-on PCB design experience using tools such as KiCad, Altium, Cadence, or LTspice.\n\nExperience across multiple areas such as high-speed digital, power electronics, antennas, or BGA fanout.\n\nExperience owning client projects through manufacturing, working directly with customers, and improving design processes with tools or automation.\n\nStrong collaboration skills with engineering and manufacturing teams. Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools is a plus.\n\nWillingness to work in person in San Francisco or relocate before starting.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary range: $160,000 to $200,000 USD.
