You will own customer projects from requirements through manufacturing while helping improve how hardware is designed and delivered.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage multiple client projects at a time, from gathering requirements through manufacturing.\n\nDesign circuit boards for applications such as motor control, computing, RF, battery management, and high-speed interfaces.\n\nWork directly with customers to understand their constraints and deliver practical solutions.\n\nBuild internal tools and automation to improve the speed and reliability of hardware design.\n\nCollaborate with layout specialists, firmware engineers, and manufacturing partners.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least one year of electrical engineering experience, including shipping hardware to production.\n\nHands-on PCB design experience and familiarity with tools such as KiCad, Altium, Cadence, or LTspice.\n\nExperience across multiple hardware domains, such as high-speed digital, power electronics, antennas, BGA fanout, or battery management.\n\nA portfolio of personal PCB or hardware projects that demonstrates design complexity and execution.\n\nExperience owning client projects through manufacturing, working with customers, improving design processes, and collaborating across hardware teams.\n\nExperience with AI-assisted coding tools is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $160,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nOn-site in San Francisco, California.
